As we all are aware, module is the most important element in any programme that we organized. Through module people can evaluate the overall performance of the programme. If the module is interesting, people will consider that the programme successful, but if the module is not interesting, people will consider the programme as fail. The question now is how to create an interesting module? Here some tips on how to create an interesting module: Identify what is the concept of the programme e.g. motivation, team building or spiritual enhancement. Develop module based on that concept. Know your target audience. Identify their level, age, and environment. Know the interest of your audience. Identify what is their interest and affection. VIRTUES OF A TRAINER: HONEST H : Honesty Being a trainer, the important thing is honesty. One needs to be honest not just to him or her self, but also to others in general. Through honesty one can create trust among others. O : Open A trainer needs to have an open attitude which means open to others. Make your self approachable by others who want to seek your advice and consultation. Do not create barrios between your self and others. N : Neutral A trainer needs to be neutral. Alhamdullillah, on the 2nd - 4th October 2009, AKHI Club had managed to organized it second training programme which is AKHI Intensive Mentoring Course. It was held at Glory Beach Resort, Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan. The main objective of this programme is to exposed to the participants on leadership aspect and its relation to mentoring. The participants is about 30 people. All of them are mentors of AKHI Club abnd some other invited participants. The programme started with the ice-breaking session which was conducted by Br. Sofiyussalam and Br. Mohd Ikhwan. On the next day, there was a talk by Br. Mohd Rizal Hassan, who is a trainer for Take Charge Consultancy on the topic of leadership and management. Assalamualaikum, may you all are in good health and iman insyaallah.. Alhamdullillah, on the 16th August 2009, AKHI Club has managed to successfully organized AKHI Educational Visit 2009. The total number of participants is roughly around 80 persons. The venue were National Zoo and Royal Selangor. It was and and exciting experience. Though there several choatic situation, but everything was under control. On behalf of AKHI Club management, I would like to express my appreciation and congratulation to all the committees and those who involved in making this programme a success. Mantap, mantap...AKHI Club!!!

Assalamualaikum, may you all are in good health and are blessed by Allah always insyaallah. On the 9th of August 2009, AKHI Club has successfully organized AKHI 6th Mentoring which is the continues programme held throughout the year. The venue is at Taman Pertanian Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam. The number of participants is about 70 people. This is the second time AKHI organize it mentoring programme outside IIUM. The reason is mainly because, we want to expose to the mentees to the new environment as this could stimulate their learning process. More over, they could learn many new things and gain a lot of experience. The focus of this mentoring is Mathematics. They were given exercise on that subject to test their understanding with the guidance from mentors. Besides, academics aspect, sahsiah aspect also were given priority.
